SKILLED - Through FOOD is the project funded within the framework of the Erasmus+ that aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness
of school-teaching on the specific theme of sustainability through food.
The project wants to qualify the professionality of teaching, ensuring a constant education quality standard on the topic of sustainability through food, and its interconnections with our health
and that of the planet.
During the five years of course study the pupils have the opportunity to follow, several laboratory activities in orther to improve their professional skills. For these activities they have at disposition the agricultural farm and the industry (Food Farm 4.0) with a modern technological food processing plant and some equipped school laboratories including a new wine cellar.
EEB collaborates with local and national public authorities and with the University of Plovdiv, for the organization joint activities in the field of vocational training, educational tourism, internationalization and innovation in the context of production activities.
